Carlo’s 1905 US Patent Corkscrew, Cap Extractor, Wire Clipper
Very nice example of Carlo’s American Patent corkscrew, marked “Carlo’s Pat April 4-05, NY” and “Double lever cork & metal cap extractor – knife & wire clipper”. It is the 1905 American Patent of Carlo Garimaldi. It is designed to adjust the lever fulcrum allowing the cork to be pulled out all the way without having to finish manually. It slides up and down the slotted hole.
