DESCRIPTION
French concertina (lazy tongs, compound lever) corkscrew with spring mechanism at the top. Marked KIS PLY PARIS on one side and BREVETE DEPOSE on the other. Also marked MADE IN FRANCE. French patent 723, 604, by Jean Thomas, September 7, 1931. Used condition with some loss of plating.
