Art Deco Scandinavian silver corkscrew
Norwegian silver corkscrew, marked sterling 925S, Norway and D.A. for David- Andersen a famous gold- and silversmith established in 1876. This corkscrew belongs to a silver cutlery called ‘Rådhus med vifte’ and was designed by Guttorm Gangnes who worked for David-Andersen in the 1930’s. The firm was dissolved as a family business in 1999.
In mint condition.
