This is figure 413 Mechanical Corkscrews. A nickel plated steel corkscrew with an ivory handle (rare) marked THE KING PATENT 6064. Patent No. 6,064 was granted to Frederick Sunderland, trading as Coney & Company and John Cox of Birmingham, March 12, 1904. Manufactured by Coney and Co, Birmingham. Also made with bronzed frame and with a wood handle (more common).
