DESCRIPTION
An unknown mid-1960s U. S. Patent Wannabe marked LYMAN. The piece with corkscrew and can opener is marked LYMAN METAL PRODUCTS, NORWALK, CONN., STAINLESS PAT. PEND. It is 10.5” long. The can/bottle opener is marked LYMAN DOUBLE PUNCH, LYMAN METAL PRODUCTS, NORWALK, CONN. Both are made of wood and steel. Both come in the original boxes.
Although no patent has been found, Lyman was known for producing gadgets included a patented coin toss gun for paying tolls.
