DESCRIPTION
This is a very rare French Perille Subito corkscrew dating from around 1900. This is a single lever corkscrew made from nickel-plated polished steel . The corkscrew is signed with the words : "JHP DEPOSE PARIS", in a small circle on the small lever. JP stands for Jaques Perille. The corkscrew is in good condition with some normal signs of oxidation, which are to be expected for a corkscrew of this age. The corkscrew can be found on page 97 of Don Bull's "The Ultimate Corkscrew Book". Happy Bidding! Please e-mail if you would like to see more photos.
