The Acme Bar Mounted Corkscrew - Rare Double Clamp Version. Patent August 15, 1887
A nice example of the double clamp mount version of the Acme bar mounted corkscrew. This is W. Vaughan's Patent dated Jan 15, 1887. It is marked on a small brass plate "W. G Edmonds 1887" This example is in very good working order, with no broken or damaged parts. It has a good full worm with a sharp point. The wooden handle has no chips or cracks. (Please see pictures for additional details). Reference Compendium of Bar Corkscrews - Wayme Meadows - Page 67 lower right. CONDITION
Very good overall condition! No broken or damaged parts! The worm is full with a good sharp point. The wooden handle has no chips or cracks. (Please see pictures for additional details).
