Farrow and Jackson made around 1890 a lot of variants of corkscrews often popularized in their name.
This is a two pillar coney clutch corkscrew. Made by Farrow & Jackson. The clutch operates by having ratchet teeth fixed to a the moving shaft that grips the corresponding ratced teeth. Simple and efficient. Overall length is 18 cm. Worm is 5,5 cm. Marked Farrow and Jackson and a crown.
Nice handle with no dents or cracks. Complete with worm.
