Heeley Empire Double Lever, patent # 13,320, dated August 25, 1890. It is marked "The Empire" and "J. Heeley & Sons Patent". This piece is in very good clean condition and retains most of the original copper wash finish. The levers operate smoothly and have no broken or damaged parts. The corkscrew worm is full length with a sharp point. (Please see pictures for additional details).
