DESCRIPTION
British Patent 2,617, Edward Thomason, 7 May 1802. This one is silver plated on brass barrel, turned bone handle and brush, tapered wire helix and a hanging ring. The plate is the typical Thomason plate marked: THOMASON'S PATENT NE PLUS ULTRA.
