DESCRIPTION

A steel frame corkscrew with a fly-nut from Samuel George Mason (Birmingham), end of 19th century. It is marked THE VICTOR on the top of the frame. And the "Wulfruna"-Patent 5549 from 1884 for Stephen Plant (Wolverhampton), manufactured by James Heeley & Sons (Birmingham), not marked.  All steel construction with Nickle plating and bladed helix. The corkscrew retains the sliding latch to lock the handle in position for insertion of the worm into the cork. Shipping (insured): Europe 10 €, overseas 15 €. PayPal accepted. Good condition.
