I am told this is a very rare self-pulling corkscrew due to the fact that it has an unusually large bell, more than twice the size of a regular one (see the 3rd picture for comparison). I believe it is used to remove the cork from the larger format bottles. There is no identifying maker.
The corkscrew is in very good used condition. The last picture shows a very small part at the tip end of the helix is missing but it has no detrimental effect on how it functions. As expected it exhibits age appropriate petina. Email me if you have any questions.
