W. Neues German Registration # 67,352, dated November 11,1896
German corkscrew with an undercut handle and a non symmetrical frame. There is a spring loaded pin inside the handle. This locks the handle to the shaft during insertion into the cork. When the base of the handle contacts the top of the frame the neck of the frame pushes the pin into the handle releasing the handle. The handle then revolves down the threaded shaft pulling the cork. W. Neues German Registration # 67,352, dated November 11,1896 Unmarked.
This piece is in very good condition and good working order with no broken or damaged parts. The corkscrew worm is full length with a sharp point. (Please see pictures for additional details.)
