DESCRIPTION
Very Rare Small Version German COLUMBUS
D.R.P. 70879 to Eduard Becker 1893
Very rare beautiful miniature Columbus corkscrew with pretty ivory handle. It has a split frame with locking ring, spring assisted shaft and a bladed worm.
The corkscrew is clearly marked on one side of the shoulder “COLUMBUS“ and "DR Patent No.70879" on the other.
The Patent was given to Eduard Becker on March 7th, 1893
Weight 40 grams. Length 9,7 cms.
