Lot of four ball bearings corkscrews and a direct pull.
-The first item from the left (top row) is a German ball bearing corkscrew, an unmarked variant of G. Usbeck’s patent from 4 Oct 1909, German DRGM 397,282.
It can be seen on page 101 of “Mechanical Corkscrews” by Ferd. Peters.
-The item in the middle is a German ball bearings patent, marked “D.R.G.M.” on one side and “RECORD” on the other side.
It was patented by Theodor Kampf on 22 Jul 1928, German DRGM 958,928, it can be seen on page 108 of “Mechanical Corkscrews” and on page 59 of “German Corkscrew Registrations 1891-2000” by Ferd. Peters.
-The third item from the left (top row) is another German corkscrew produced by Monopol, it is marked “Monopol”.
- The first item from the left (bottom row) is and unmarked ball bearings corkscrew.
-The third item from the left (bottom row) is a direct pull frame corkscrew, it’s marked “THE SURPRISE”, “REGISTERED 13185”. It’s a British patent, registered to George Willetts in 1884, it can be seen on page 71 of “Mechanical Corkscrews” by Ferd. Peters.
All the items are in a good condition.
