This item is in very good condition. The spring barrel is in good working order and has a very nice patina. The wooden handle shows signs of age, but is completely fine and has the original hanging ring. There is some loss of the plating around the neck. The spikes inside the spring barrel are in full length with good sharp points. The worm is fully length with a good sharp point. The wooden handle shows signs of age, but is completely fine.
