DESCRIPTION
This corkscrew (in original box) was patented in the U.S. by Seymour Alvord and Edward Brown of Winsted, Connecticut on April 16 1889. The patented function is a clutch action.
There is a small hairline crack in the shaft like shown in one of the pictures. But doesn't spoil very much... Otherwise good condition like shown in the pictures.
