DESCRIPTION
This is a figural corkscrew in the shape of the Liberty Bell. It was made to commemorate the ICCA annual meeting held in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 1999. ICCA 1999 is inscribed on the bell. 5” long.
Payment by check, money order, or wire transfer (all fees to sender) only. No Paypal.
Shipping by U.S Postal Service. U.S.A. $5.35 Priority Mail for lots that fit in a Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Box; $11.35 for larger items and combined lots via Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail. Insurance or Registered mail is extra and at buyer’s risk if not purchased.
Outside USA. Actual mailing cost billed and it depends on buyer preferences. Priority Mail International can be insured (with limitations depending on country) and tracked but not registered. First Class International Priority Mail can be registered. Insurance extra, based upon selling price. Buyer assumes full risk if insurance not purchased. Registered mail is the safest shipping method. Seller not responsible for loss due to postal services or customs mishandling or misplacing. Declared Value for Customs and insurance will be selling price.
